My home is a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath split floor plan home. It is a gated community near Fort Myers and Sanibel Beaches. The community offers many activities and amenities, including several pools. The surrounding area offers great shopping, dining, golf, family activities and more. Downtown Fort Myers offers outdoor concert schedules and planned community activities, a short scenic 25 minute drive. You can visit the Edison Estates on the way! Beaches, boating and kayaking are all within 15 to 20 minutes depending on season and traffic. Private parking on driveway. Private, friendly neighborhood.
What you will love about this neighborhood
I live 3 miles to Fort Myers Beach and 6 miles to Sanibel/Captiva. There is a high demand Dec through April but, there is plenty to do year round.
