What you will love about this home
Our large two bedroom, two bath classic Georgian home has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Edinburgh. We are on the bottom floor with a few steps to descend with our own private entrance and small courtyard. We have an open living room and dining room, leading to our fully kitted kitchen with four burner gas hob, double ovens, toaster, kettle, press pot, and ample cooking and serving ware.
Our wash room has a clothes washer, drying racks, iron and board, and circular stairs leading nowhere!
Our master bedroom has a king bed, large armoire, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The guest bedroom has very comfortable twin bunkbeds and a wall of windows with a view of the back garden. Our large guest bathroom includes a standing shower.
We have a lovely open air patio with table, bbq, and flower pots. We also have an access key to the private Queen Street Gardens one block over, an 8 hectare oasis in the middle of the city, perfect for walks or scootering with the kids.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our cozy flat is in an ideal location in the center of New Town with a view of Edinburgh Castle on our doorstep. All of Edinburgh’s major attractions are within a few minutes walk and buses, trams, and Waverly Station are minutes away. Prince street gardens is two blocks down with a brand new playground and we are surrounded by dozens of pubs, shops, and restaurants.
Additional information
Kids always welcome! We prefer one family staying at a time, no parties, and no loud noises between 9pm-7am.
