What you will love about this home
We live on a real beautiful floating home om the water designed by a famous Dutch architect (I29). We are surrounded by other real nice looking floating homes and together we form a sustainable community. It's like living in a small little village where everybody helps each other and has a strong connection. So you will be welcomed here by all our friendly neighbours who can help you with giving tips and tricks. In the summer everybody is swimming in the water and it's like you are on a holiday even if you stay at home.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in the heart of Amsterdam Noord next to a lot of hotspots, like the NDSM terrain, Noorderpark, Central Station and a lot of nice restaurants and clubs. We also live nearby supermarkets, shops and a market to buy fresh groceries, cheese, fish etc. From our floating home it will take you 10 minutes to the Central Station of Amsterdam.
