What you will love about this home
Our main house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath with a recently remodeled kitchen (induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, large farmhouse sink, fridge, dishwasher, lots of pantry storage available).
Hardwood floors throughout.
Central heat
Gas burning fireplace in the living room.
Master bedroom has king size bed.
Guest bedrooms each have a single bed with slide out twin size trundle.
Large 2 car garage that can be used for storing gear such as bikes, surfboards etc.
Full sized washer/dryer available in the garage.
Private enclosed/fenced backyard with small vegetable garden.
ADU (~250 sq ft accessory dwelling unit) studio in private, fenced backyard. This unit has a couch and TV, bathroom. We use it as a play/hangout area for our kids and their friends.
