What you will love about this home
Hello! My home is a three-story Victorian house that blends modern comfort with its original character, ideally suited to one person or a couple. The ground floor is an open-plan living space and includes a large, comfortable sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a designated office room on the first floor with a desk, sofa and tv. The bathroom is also on the first floor which has a shower/half bath. Since this is my main home, my bedroom will be private, but the spare room on the second floor—which contains two double beds—will be available, with storage space for your belongings. There is also an empty box room adjacent to the spare room which can be used as a dressing room, storage or light-exercise space (yoga/pilates/stretching). The property has a small yard which is suitable to store a bicycle if needed. The house is clean, well-kept, and a great place to relax. Full fibre broadband is installed.

Located in a vibrant Belfast suburb, my home is just a 2-minute walk local cafes, grocers, bakeries, and small shops along with bus transport links. Beyond that within a 10-minute walk are more great cafes, restaurants, bars, and amenities like a park, gym and yoga studio. The city centre is a short 10-minute bus ride (30 min walk), and there’s on-street parking at the house if needed. Belfast City Airport is just 5 minutes away by car, and Belfast International Airport is about 25 minutes. The train station is 10 minutes away by car/bus, and scenic beach areas are within a 15-minute drive, making it a convenient base for exploring the city and beyond.
