It is a very well-equipped and modern loft (one space). It has excellent sea views and also a small terrace on the square. It is 100 m from Empúries beach and 200 m from Moll Grec beach. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport, located 54 km away. The city of Girona is 40 km away and Barcelona is 140 km away. What you will love about this neighborhood
Sant Martí d'Empúries is a neighborhood of few houses, by the sea, very quiet and inviting to walk. There are no crowds and visitors usually come only during the day to the (very interesting!) restaurants in the square. It is not at all noisy. The town of Empúries is located in the municipality of L'Escala, on the seafront, south of the Bay of Roses, classified by UNESCO as one of the most beautiful in the world.
