What you will love about this home

Our home has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern and colorful style. All the equipment and furniture are new, with a fully equipped kitchen and high-quality appliances, as well as a large smart TV where you can access all kinds of streaming platforms.

It’s on the fourth floor without an elevator (although you access the second floor directly from the entrance), with a balcony overlooking the park and another terrace with armchairs offering views of the mountains and the neighborhood. The kitchen-living-dining area gets direct sunlight all morning, and the bedrooms are filled with direct sunlight all afternoon. It’s a very bright, quiet, and pleasant apartment.

It has two bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m double bed and the other with a 1.35 m double bed. There’s also a desk and a monitor for working. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower, and everything is brand new.

We also have access to a private parking for a car on the building.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet. We are in the old part of Intxaurrondo, an authentic and residential area of San Sebastián. Right next to us, there’s a park and Mount Ulia, perfect for walking and enjoying beautiful views of the city. There’s also a lovely path that leads to Pasaia (a charming coastal town) or to San Sebastian's city center. It’s a 20-minute walk to Zurriola Beach in the Gros neighborhood, next to the Kursaal, and a 30-minute walk to the city center, where you’ll find the Old Town, La Concha Beach, the shopping district, and more.

The area has all kinds of services: public transport right outside the house every 5–10 minutes to get around the city (you can reach the city center in 10 minutes). There’s also a train station with connections throughout the province just 2 minutes from the apartment. You’ll find several supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby.
