Our apartment is not large, but it is very welcoming and extremely functional. It is equipped with a pleasant terrace, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a high chair for a small child. In the house you can find toys and books for children. The living room transforms into a bedroom in the evening by opening the double sofa bed and a vertical foldaway bed. The building is very quiet. The apartment is located on the second floor reachable by a lift.
In winter the house is warm and always exposed to the sun. In summer you can use fans.

We live in a neighborhood located between Florence Airport (3.2Km) and Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station (2.8Km). The closest tram line is T2 which connects directly to the airport and the city centre. Close to home there is the largest park in Florence: the Cascine park.
