Licht, Ruimte & Uitzicht – Vakantie op Hoog Niveau!
Welkom in mijn ruime en lichte appartement van 89 m², gelegen op de 9e etage met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.
De ruime living biedt volop plek om te ontspannen na een dag vol ontdekkingen.
Er zijn 2 slaapkamers: de ouderslaapkamer heeft een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed (180 x 210 cm) en wat kinderspullen, omdat mijn dochter hier ook slaapt in de week dat de kinderen bij mij zijn. De kinderkamer beschikt over een stapelbed. Op de foto is het onderste deel van het stapelbed een bureau, maar voor de huizenruil maak ik hier een volwaardig eenpersoonsbed van.
De badkamer is ruim en voorzien van een ligbad als een inloopdouche.
Mijn appartement is ideaal voor gezinnen of stellen die Leiden en de omgeving willen ontdekken!

Welcome to my spacious and bright 89 m² apartment, located on the 9th floor with a stunning view over the city.
The large living area offers plenty of space to relax after a day full of discoveries.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 210 cm) and some children's items, as my daughter sleeps here during the week the kids stay with me. The children's room has a bunk bed. In the photo, the lower part of the bunk bed is a desk, but for the home exchange, I will convert it into a full-fledged single bed.
The bathroom is spacious and includes both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
My apartment is perfect for families or couples looking to explore Leiden and its surroundings!

- 35 minuten Amsterdam
Leiden, ook wel de Sleutelstad genoemd, is een sfeervolle en bruisende stad met prachtige grachten, monumentale panden en gezellige hofjes. Het centrum ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen en biedt een veelzijdigheid aan restaurants, cafés, musea en boetiekjes. Bezoek het beroemde Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, Naturalis* wandel door de historische binnenstad langs de oudste universiteit van Nederland. Of huur een bootje en ontdek Leiden vanaf het water!
