What you will love about this home
We have a music studio that also is a private suite with bedroom, bathroom and living room.
It is located next to our home above the barn with a microwave, fridge, keurig, & hot plate. It is a private space from the main house. There is a large front lawn with playground and trampolines.
We live on the property and also have a shared swim spa that has jets that allow you to lap swim in place or sit and enjoy massage jets.
The river is a mile away and you walk or bike down the road from the neighborhood. We are in Middleton Idaho.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live on 3 acres on a cul-de-sac. Neighbors are all on 3 acres and very quiet and the river is a mile down the main road close to our little neighborhood. We are 6 minutes to grocery store and restaurants. We are 20 minutes to the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa. 40-45 minutes to Boise Idaho. about 1 hours to Bogus Basin ski resort. 2.5 hours to McCall and Brundage ski resort.

We ask that guests make sure to wash hands before playing keyboards. No food or drink around keyboards.
Wipe out tub with dry paper towel and spray and wipe surfaces around sink, tub and toilet with our cleaning spray. Spray and wipe with cleaning spray kitchen area and microwave. Empty any Kurieg pods and spray and wipe appliances. Stripe bedding pile sheets in a pile in bedroom snd blankets in another pile.
Vacuum carpet and hard floor. Take trash to silver garbage can outside by entrance. If you don’t have time to clean you can leave a $55 cleaning tip for our house cleaning specialist.
