What you will love about this home

Welcome to our sun-filled sanctuary, where we've carefully curated a space that reflects our love for design and comfort. Our home blends contemporary pieces with cherished mid-century furniture, while original art and lush plants bring life to every corner.

As passionate home cooks, we've created a kitchen that's truly the heart of our home – equipped with everything you might need, from professional-grade tools to an extensive collection of spices from our culinary adventures.

The living room invites you to unwind on either of our two impossibly comfortable sofas (we spent months finding the perfect ones!). Here, you can lose yourself in a book from our eclectic collection or enjoy a movie night on our 75-inch TV with immersive Sonos sound.

Our master bedroom features a cloud-like king bed and offers peaceful views over the park – perfect for lazy morning coffee in bed. The second bedroom, with its cozy queen bed, is our designated sleep haven – its darkness is a blessing for those who appreciate complete tranquility.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our apartment sits in a privileged location at the heart of Philadelphia's historic district, with Independence Park as our front yard. You'll be living where American history was made - Independence Hall, where both the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution were debated and signed, is just a 3-minute walk away. The iconic Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House, and Benjamin Franklin's grave are all within a 5-minute stroll.

Beyond the historical landmarks, you'll find yourself immersed in Old City's vibrant culture. The neighborhood's charming cobblestone streets are lined with some of Philly's finest restaurants, independent art galleries, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Every First Friday, the galleries open their doors for one of the city's most beloved cultural events.

The location offers easy access to other beloved Philly neighborhoods too - walk 10 minutes to explore the Delaware River Waterfront, enjoy dinner in charming Society Hill, or venture into the bustling bars and restaurants of Market Street. For longer trips, multiple subway and bus lines are within a few blocks' reach, making it easy to explore everything Philadelphia has to offer.
