This is a modern apartment of high standard, first occupied in August 2021. It is tastefully decorated with lots of original art on the walls.

The property consists of a hallway with wardrobe; kitchen, dining area and lounge (open plan); main bedroom with ensuite bathroom; 2nd bedroom; 2nd bathroom with washing machine; storage room with extra refrigerator; and a covered terrace.

There is hot water heating in bathroom floors, an electric convection heater in the living area and the whole apartment is serviced with a ventilation system with temperature and fan controls.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The apartment is located in a new complex by the fjord, with views towards the mountains. There are several children's playgrounds in the complex. It is only a 25 minutes walk to the centre of Stavanger and its beautiful harbour. It is a dictance to a great hiking area at (Godalen) and to cafes, restuarants and shopping centres. There are excellent bus and train connections in the vicinity.
