What you will love about this home

My home is newly built in August of 2024 and has 3 bedrooms 2 baths. It has brand new appliances and a 2 1/2 car garage. We are located in a peaceful over 55 retirement community on a lake in a lovely quaint little town called Tradition Florida. We cannot host families with children under 18.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in the heart of a quaint little town called Tradition in South Florida near West Palm Beach. We have tons of beautiful walking trails, biking trails, and we are surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful lakes. We have a gorgeous clubhouse with two resort style swimming pools with lovely palm trees (which will make you feel like you are on a tropical vacation) pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball, horseshoes, a putting green, and an incredible gym with tons of equipment! Our neighbors are quiet and super kind and helpful should you need anything.
We are 30 minutes to several world renowned beaches (Fort Pierce Inlet, Jupiter and Jensen Beach). We are 40 minutes from the West Palm Beach Airport and a one hour and forty minutes from Orlando International Airport. There are TONS of amazing restaurants and a Publix grocery store all only a few miles away. The town of Tradition has lots of fun events and outdoor concerts and farmers markets on the weekends.
Again we are a retirement community so we cannot accommodate children under 18.

Additional information

We have two electric bikes that are brand new and several games and a huge 85inch smart TV to watch anything you may want. We have high speed WiFi if you work from home. The grass and landscaping are maintained weekly as well as the trash.
