What you will love about this home
My house is a short walk to the center of town, but away from the noise. It's spacious and light filled with beautiful views from the rooms and the rooftop terrace. The room available has an ensuite bathroom and a king sized bed. My bedroom is on the other side of the house offering quite a bit of privacy. I am the only other person in the house. Living room, terrace, patio, and laundry would be shared with me. Parking at the house might be able to be arranged if needed (a rare find), although a car is not needed for this town. It's a walking town. For this bedroom stays of 3-6 days would be available for single occupancy. What you will love about this neighborhood
Pastita is one of the oldest and most sought after neighborhoods in Guanajuato. My place is only a 10 minute walk to the center, but in a peaceful dead end small street. You can arrive by car to the house which is pretty rare in a town filled with pedestrian only alley ways. It is a very safe neighborhood and is a peaceful sanctuary away from the noise, yet still very close to everything.
