What you will love about this home

Our large home located in West Kelowna has a spectacular view of Lake Okanagan and the city of Kelowna. Our spacious lower level suite opens to a private flower garden and patio overlooking the cliff side. The large one bedroom suite has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all full size appliances including new dishwasher. There is a large living room and dining area with beautiful east facing lake views. A small inground courtyard pool located on the upper level of our home may be available for guest use in the summer with special permission.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the west side of Lake Okanagan within walking distance of wineries, brew pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, a bowling alley, and movie theatre. Outdoor adventures abound with tennis and pickleball courts nearby. A five minute drive will take you to hiking trails and sandy beaches on the lake in beautiful Kalamoir Regional Park. The City of Kelowna is only a 6 min drive across the bridge. Newly constructed bike paths in West Kelowna make it possible to walk or bike from our door to the many prestigious wineries on the hillsides of West Kelowna. Mountain biking, golf, skiing and hiking are popular activities throughout all of Kelowna. In the winter months the Telemark X country ski club is only a 25 min drive away. For downhill skiers Big White is a one hour drive.
If you enjoy the arts and entertainment there are often concerts presented by our local symphony, opera and ballet companies as well as Chamber Music Kelowna.

Additional information

There is parking on our driveway as well as a 110V (level 1) plug-in for E vehicles. The entry to the suite on the lower level is via outdoor stairs on the North side of our house. Our home does not have laundry facilities in our suite. However, upon request , residents are permitted to drop off their laundry or to use our laundry facility upstairs when needed. Similarly, pool and barbecue use may be permitted in the summer by special arrangement.
