My home is on a hillside half acre fenced in lot near the end of a single lane cul-de-sac road. Very quiet and peaceful.
Additional information
I am looking to find a house "Share" in Western Canada, near a ski resort. I have spent significant time in Nelson, BC, but open to other ski towns as well. I am retiring and my goal is to spend significant time in Canada, especially during ski season, but be able to return to my home in the US as needed. My house has two master suites on opposite ends of the house so ideal to share with an individual or a couple. It is not ideal for small children as there is much art and it's also on a hillside. I envision a situation where I am matched with one other home owner and we share both houses as needed. There is a nice sleeper couch in the living room so 4 guests is not a problem.
