What you will love about this home

A comfy 2 bedroom self contained accomodation on the second floor of a stand alone family house. Private access through an interconnected stairwell. Large open plan lounge and dining room, separate kitchen with all amenities, bathroom with shower and bath and 2 large bedrooms with large queen size beds. The balcony off the living room is large enough to enjoy a BBQ or soak up the afternoon sun.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Kalbach is a lovely quiet village on the outskirts of Frankfurt surrounded by fields and farming land but is just close enough to get to Frankfurt easily. Bus and train services every 15 mins to city of Frankfurt. Centre of Frankfurt is 20 mins by train. Bad Homburg is also 10 mins by train. . Airport is 15 min drive or easily done with public transport. The spa town of Bad Homburg is very close and also sits at the foothills of the Taunus range. Nearby villages of Bad Vilbel, Eschborn and Oberursel are also easily accessed form Kalbach.

Additional information

The house has 3 levels and all are identical separate self contained living areas, the access is through a shared atrium stairwell which also connects to the cellar and laundry area in the basement. The available accommodation is on the second floor and is usually available year round. There is a balcony area off the loungeroom and is a great place to soak up the afternoon sun. There is a large lawn area at the back of the house for relaxing and the surrounding area is great for walking and bicycle adventures.
Cleaning Fee - Our cleaner charges us 60 Euro after each stay and we ask for this to be left before leaving.
