What you will love about this home
I spent a lot of time looking for this house to find exactly what I was looking for :)
- bright and sunny: you wake up to immensely bright place with large windows and trees saying hello!
- large: 1800 sqft/165m^2 for a 3 bedrooms will not leave you feel cramped - in fact, one could bike through our living room perhaps!
Your space is the large bedroom and bathroom you see on photos, living room and kitchen is shared with my Roomate who lives downstairs with his own house entrance and his own bathroom (so minimal interaction)
- cozy fireplace feel with modern amenities: most Cambridge houses are pretty old but this one has recently been refreshed, so you will find top notch appliances and a jacuzzi bath in the ensuite master bathroom! :)

What you will love about this neighborhood
Tucked away on a calm street yet just a 2 min walk from a hustling & bustling Central Square in Cambridge (hub of great public transport, restaurants, coffee shops, music venues) and a 3 min walk from whole foods, I could imagine a more centrally convenient yet peaceful location!
