What you will love about this home

Our apartment is located in front of the Boliches beach in FUENGIROLA, in a quiet and safe area, where you will have everything at hand without having to use the car: shops, transport, restaurants, beach, etc ... Although the building is from 1980 we have gradually renovated everything, the decoration is contemporary. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 6 people, 3 couples with a lot of privacy for each one since each room has its own bathroom. The building consists of 21 apartments, we are on the top floor (there is an elevator) - it is a duplex on the 8th floor: on the ground floor there is a room of approximately 25m2 with its bathroom en suite (bed of 1.5m x 2m), the living room, the kitchen and the terrace and on the upper floor there are 2 large rooms (approximately 25m2 1 with a bed of 1m60 x 2m and the other 1.50m x 1.9m) with bathroom en suite. The closed kitchen has everything you need for cooking (2 refrigerators / freezers, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle ..., it has a table for 6. You will find sheets, duvets, bath and beach towels available. On TV you can watch Netflix, Prime video or Movistar. From the large terrace you can admire the views of the sea or the mountains, sunbathe, eat, have a barbecue ... it forms an L, one part It has an awning and windows and the other is open. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The Los Boliches neighbourhood has all kinds of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, transport and the sea. It is very lively at any time of the year and very busy. The Los Boliches train station is a 3-minute walk away and takes you to the airport in 30 minutes and to the centre of Malaga in 45 minutes. Several buses allow you to reach the centre of Fuengirola or other destinations such as Malaga or Marbella. The centre of Fuengirola can also be reached by walking along the seafront in 15 minutes.
In the surrounding area we have several shopping centres with dozens of shops, cinemas and restaurants (Corte Inglés in Mijas, Miramar in Fuengirola...), there are also several public or private day hospitals in the city.

This is our main residence so you will find everything you need to live comfortably as if you were at home. We ask that you to take good care of the house and leave it as clean as it was when you arrived. We hope you feel welcome in our home.
