What you will love about this home
This house has belonged to Laura's family since 1996. Laura grew up there with her mother and we moved in in 2022 after its interior renovation.
It is a small house from the 1930s built like a worker's house. It is small and quirky but has a lot of charm. It has a small garden.
We have furnished it to our taste, a few books, vinyl records, photography and lots of vintage items.
This house has:
- a bedroom with a 160 double bed.
- an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, sink.
- a small bedroom with a baby bed and a double bed on the mezzanine (without barriers), a changing area with sink.
- a separate toilet.
- an open kitchen, with fridge/freezer, induction hob, built-in oven and microwave.
- In the cellar, you will find a small office and a double sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
For practical questions:
- all household linen is available on site, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels, etc.
- the apartment is clearly not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to its layout and access which is exclusively by stairs.
- A parking space is available in front of the gate of the house, free of charge because the space is considered a "boat" but we have never had any fines in 3 years of living there. My vehicle is parked there almost every day.
Baby equipment: a high chair, a travel cot, a baby bed, a car seat, many books and games for babies or young children.
Games: cards, dice, board games.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in a very quiet residential area. A park is located right in front of the house with games for children. We are 5/10 minutes walk from all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets).
Many parks are nearby and there are two small city centers within walking distance with markets on Saturdays (La Garenne-Colombes & Courbevoie).
Courbevoie train station is 8 minutes walk away with direct access to Paris St-Lazare in 12 minutes.
The La Défense district is very close with its shopping center and its RER and metro lines.

Additional information
We have a one and a half year old baby so there are gates installed for the many stairs in the house.
