What you will love about this home
Our home is a stand alone villa that we have lovingly updated to our taste. It is modern and clean and is our little piece of heaven. We have a large main bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite and our guest bedroom also has a king size bed. Our third bedroom is used as a craft room/ reading room and contains a large bookcase and a comfy 2-seater couch.
We have a gas cooktop, oven and hot water system and a fully equipped kitchen.
Our garden is leafy, low maintenance and very private with a small patch of lawn and a patio area with gas barbecue, kettle cooker and table and seating.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in a quiet suburban area only 10 minutes from the southern end of the Gold Coast. We are close to public transport and a 5 minute walk from our local shopping area. The Gold Coast airport is only a 7 minute drive from our home.
Beautiful beaches such as Coolangatta, Kingscliff, Rainbow Bay, are an easy 10-15 minute drive from here.

Additional information
We are an active retired couple in our early seventies, with a love of travel. We keep ourselves busy with volunteer work, maintaining our house and garden and socialising with friends.
