Oversized modern row home built in 2011. Private attached garage. Beautiful modern luxury kitchen. Luxury master bedroom. Oversized great room for entertaining small gatherings. The house is large enough to accommodate extended family or two small families. Current nonreciprocal rate is for the entire house. Rate is negotiable if using only 1 or 2 private rooms.

Quiet all hours. Friendly neighbors and lots of kids and babies. Walk to bus, subway and share bicycles. A destination neighborhood, "East Passyunk Crossing", is described as a "restaurant incubator". Close to many highly rated restaurants, shops and street festivals within short walking distance. With the popularity of our home, and to ensure a comfortable stay for you we have professional cleaners come to prepare for your stay and the guests that follow you. There is a $120 fee for cleaning. Please leave the dirty bed linens stripped from the bed and left on the mattress.
If you need an additional put-up bed, please let us know so that we can have a high-quality inflatable mattress ready for you on check in. There are two inflatable mattresses, a queen and a twin each with a small $10 charge for setup and cleaning.
There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. But you can smoke or vape on the 1st floor patio, 2nd floor rear deck off the kitchen, 4th floor front balcony (with a stunning view) and in the garage. The patio, balconies and garage are covered.
