What you will love about this home

A uniquely preserved early 1950s open plan home around a central courtyard. Set on a hill, with a view for miles, on a quiet street. Many original features are preserved, like the louvered windows, brick fireplace, pink bathtub, and a unique shuttering design to manage the copious natural light. The master bedroom has a US king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a very comfortable US queen size bed (UK King) and a baby crib. The third bedroom which is used as an office has a regular double bed. The kitchen has a breakfast nook for informal dining, with a separate dining room next to it, and the courtyard offers an option for indoor-outdoor living to take advantage of the lovely Southern California weather!

What you will love about this neighborhood

All the quiet and safety of Santa Monica, but walking distance to the understated dining street of Venice (Rose Ave). 5 minute walk to the cafes and very popular bagel shops of Ocean Park Boulevard, and Bob’s Market, a local institution. Only 1.5 miles from the beach - 30 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive. Easy access to explore Main Street, Downtown Santa Monica, and the famous Santa Monica Pier.
