Mimi’s Beach House

Our home is a stand alone Key West Cottage style home just 200 yards from world famous Daytona Beach. It is in a gated community for privacy and has only 50 homes in the development. All homes are Key West Cottage style with nicely landscaped areas. Recently remodeled to provide an open floor plan in the common areas. A huge kitchen for dinners or just entertaining. We also have a two car garage, small private yard / garden with comfortable seating for outdoor meals or just relaxation. We have a common pool area with cabana, bathrooms and comfortable furniture. The pool is heated in the off season. We also have a tennis / pickle ball court.

We are in a gated, private community approximately 200 yards from world famous Daytona Beach. You can safely walk to the beach or drive (cars are allowed on this section of beach which is very convenient but may not be for everyone). We are a short drive to NASA / Cape Canaveral, Orlando / DisneyWorld, and Jacksonville. If you are a car enthusiast we are 3 miles from Daytona Speedway, with many events year round.
