What you will love about this home
Large modern and very bright apartment, equipped with all comforts, in a beautiful and quiet residence, on the 3rd floor with elevator with parking in the basement.
Our tastefully decorated 4-room apartment of more than 90m² can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The living room and kitchen open onto a large 15m² covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and armchairs. TV and WIFI available.
The 3 bedrooms open onto a terrace. 2 of them have a double bed (160X190) and a third twin beds that can be pushed together.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to its shower room/WC. The other 2 have a shared bathroom.
Large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need. There is also a pantry with dryer and the necessary to iron your laundry.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
A box is available in the basement. IMPORTANT
Please note the maximum dimensions allowed for your vehicle: H 1. 85m- L 4.40m- W 2.10.
Important point: due to allergy problems, it is no longer possible for us to welcome your pets. The apartment is non-smoking.
For babies, we can lend a travel cot with a small mattress as well as a high chair for meals.

Many sports, tourist and cultural activities will be accessible all year round in Cannes, not to mention the shopping on the rue d'Antibes, the numerous and varied film screenings or the famous Forville market. In order to plan your activities, I advise you to download the 2 applications of the tourist office Cannes Agendas and Cannes Sport. The city of Cannes is very pleasant and dynamic every month of the year. A little crush for the month of February with the mimosa festival in Mandelieu, the Lemon festival in Menton or the carnival in Nice...
A must-see: La Croisette, Palm Beach, the beaches, the Lerins Islands, Le Suquet, the Esterel massif, the hinterland of Cannes or Nice, St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Grasse, Gourdon. For your travels, public transport network at the foot of the residence and the SNCF train station 8 minutes walk away. Nice airport is a 30-minute drive away (shuttle, bus or train to Cannes)

When you arrive, the apartment will be ready to welcome you.
Sheets, towels and tea towels will be at your disposal. The keys and remote control will be given to you in person.
The building is very quiet and secure. No party. It is requested to stop making noise after 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.
When you leave, we simply ask you to gather the towels in the bathtub, take down the garbage cans in the basement of the building, leave the apartment in the condition you found it according to Home Exchange's guidelines (dishes washed and put away, kitchen, appliances and bathrooms cleaned, terraces swept, floors vacuumed and washed).
In case of exchange for GP only, not being on site, we just ask you for a contribution to the reception costs, of 90e for the stay, to be paid when you hand over the keys.
