What you will love about this home

Our modern architect-designed house is idyllically located right next to the forest at the finish of a dead-end street, yet only 30 minutes by train or car from Vienna's city center.
Vienna has a special magic touch in wintertime. You can enjoy the most beautiful Christmas markets, concerts, museums, arts&culture and countless historical sights. Have a look at the pictures in the gallery and check our calendar for availibilities.

Alternatively, January and February are great months to visit, as there are fewer tourists compared to the rest of the year.

Enjoy the peaceful and idyllic setting on 190 m² of luxurious living space, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, two terraces, and a heated swimming pool from April to October.

Thanks to the large, wrap-around glass fronts, plenty of natural light fills the space all day, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area, a cozy open-plan living room with a three-sided glass fireplace, a separable workspace, as well as a guest WC and storage room.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom (180x200 cm) with an adjoining green roof and another terrace, as well as two additional rooms with a total of three single beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom is very spacious and open, offering a direct view of the beautiful nature from the bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate WC and a small room with a washing machine and dryer on the upper floor.

All rooms in the house are equipped with external blinds, providing optimal heat protection in the summer. The adjacent forest makes hot summer nights much cooler than in the city.

Our open kitchen, with a bar area and a large countertop (155x285 cm), is generously equipped with all conceivable kitchen appliances, including a portafilter espresso machine, coffee grinder, and an Italian sandwich toaster. We love to cook and encourage you to use all the available food items.

The large, wide, and super comfortable sofa beds in the living room offer sleeping space for two additional guests. Two to three parking spaces are available in the driveway, along with an electric charging station. A ping pong table, trampoline, and gas grill are also part of the amenities. On request, an electric car and a bicycle are also available.

Right outside the front door, you'll find a variety of hiking, jogging, and mountain biking opportunities. The house has its own private forest access directly from the garden.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The Wienerwald community of Pressbaum offers a wide range of supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, bakeries, and more. Sports facilities such as tennis, horseback riding, and indoor sports are also available.

The nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away, and from there, it's just a 30-minute ride to Vienna's city center. By car, you can reach the city limits in 10 minutes, where you'll also find a Park & Ride option if needed (U4 Wien Hütteldorf).
