Inside, you'll find an inviting space adorned with warm timber linings that create a cozy atmosphere. The apartment features raked ceilings and big sliding doors that open to two balconies complete with gas BBQ and outdoor dining tables—ideal for savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with an apres drink.

Stay active with nearby yoga and pilates studios, 2 well-equipped gyms, pool and a trampoline centre, all within a few minutes walk. Treble Cone and NZs largest ski area Cardrona Resort are just 30 minutes away. Beautiful Lake Wanaka and township is just 1.8kms or 5 minutes drive. Queenstown and the airport are a breathtaking 60 minute drive away.

Off street parking is ample. Balconies and staircases may make it not suitable for very young children.
While in a light commercial / Industrial area the place is extremely peaceful and has no disruptive manufacturing businesses in the precinct.
Please understand stairs and balconies make it unsuitable for young children.
The space is located above our ski rental business Snopro, we offer guests a 50% discount for their rentals.
We accept Guest Points and require a small cleaning fee of $150NZD per stay for up to 2 people
Cleaning fee for 2-4 people we will need $190 NZD cleaning fee
