What you will love about this home
Our villa is a gorgeous pre 1920's north facing home situated on Bluff Hill. Your private room with King size bed is a generous 40m2 size, situated downstairs with it's own bathroom which comprises of a shower, vanity unit and toilet. This bedroom has it's own verandah with sea view. Your bedroom has a fridge, cutlery, glasses, & plates, tea & coffee facilities, heater & a portable fan.
Our shared space upstairs consists of our sun room where it is equipped with a dinning table for you to enjoy the sea views in comfort while wining or dining, is overlooking the working port of Napier, Bay View and beyond, you just can't go wrong here.
Also to share upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with double dish draw, ceramic induction hob, oven and microwave.
You are more than welcome to use any herbs, spices, sauces, oils & spreads that you may find in the fridge or pantry. Washing machine and dryer is also available to use.
Free fibre internet, Smart TV with freeview and netflix.
There is no parking on the property. Parking is on the roadside opposite the house. It is not advisable to have a motorhome on our road as it's narrow.
