Nestled in the sought-after suburb of South Pasadena, CA, our newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath marvel offers a haven of tranquility and respite for friends and families seeking fun, rest, or adventure in the Los Angeles area.
Enjoy a very neighborly vibe and beautiful views stretching out to downtown Long Beach which can be enjoyed on a 1000 sf rooftop deck. The home provides solace in the suburbs, having no immediate neighbors and trees that provide 360 degrees of privacy on almost an acre lot. A heated pool will provide hours of family fun as well as a trampoline in the yard. The house is accessible both indoor and out with no stairs except to the primary bedroom and rooftop deck - all other living spaces are located on the ground floor.
Indoor amenities include an open floorplan with a state of the art kitchen that boasts state of the art, high end appliances as well as a compost bin to help out our environment. Too many extras to list but there is notably a sauna in the primary bath. The laundry area is conveniently located to the main bedrooms.

The town is highly walkable but when driving, parking is easy and free. People feel safe to walk their dogs at all times of the day or evening.

We ask for a $200 cleaning fee for non-reciprocal exchanges. No parties - this is a residential area, NO SMOKING. Pets considered with an additional pet fee.
Note that this is our primary residence. We will make space in our closets but the house is very lived in. The garage is not accessible to guests but there is an EV charger outside and plenty of room for parking.
Pool is not covered or gated so consider the safety of small children around it. It is a heated, salt-water pool so contains less chemicals than average. There is also a trampoline - again use with caution.
