What you will love about this home
Welcome to "Perdido Escape"! Well appointed corner unit. New Renovation with spectacular views of the Inter coastal. Enjoy the balcony views. Workout center. Pool. Enjoy the calm beach and fishing from the dock. 8 minute drive to the world famous Flora BAMA. Upon entering, you will find a bed room on the right with a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. This bedroom has a smart TV with basic cable and its own private full bath. On the left you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and an Fire TV with basic cable. This bedroom has its own private entrance to a full bath that also opens to the hallway. As you continue down the hall on the left you will find a wet bar with a blender and a Kuerig coffee maker as well as traditional coffee maker. To the right is the kitchen boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats six guests and there are two additional bar chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area offering two swivel, glider, recliners. A leather sofa and a large chair. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Perdido Key has to offer. Off of the living room is the Primary Suite that includes a King bed, smart TV, shower and jetted tub. The Primary suite has its own private entrance to the balcony. The balcony has seating for eight and has spectacular water views with frequent sights of pods of dolphins jumping out of the water. Enjoy watching the boats leaving for their adventures in the morning. THINGS TO KNOW.This building is equipped with an elevator. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Guest will need to verify ID to receive code. -You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. -This is a non smoking property. Property Quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. The property has surveillance cameras in all common areas including a Blink camera at the front door. All cameras record 24 hours for guest safety.
