What you will love about this home
Our cozy home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with street lights. There is easy access to local parks & trails and it is less than 2 miles from beaches & the harbor. The space share walls with our main home where we live with our family. The room has its own private entrance, kitchenette (separate from the main room), bathroom, and a private patio with a table & chairs. With south-facing windows, you can enjoy the sunshine, or use our black-out curtains for rest when needed.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Walking access to parks, a local coffee shop, and just 2 miles from Trader Joes, Whole foods, Target, a local bouldering gym, and of course the beach. Enjoy midtown and all the laid back vibes of Santa Cruz.
Additional information
Since our primary home shares 2 walls with the space you may occasionally hear the laughter of our 5 year old. We are both teachers and wake around 6:30 am to prepare for school and are usually winding down around 8pm. We ask that you are respectful with the noise level as we will seek to do the same especially between the hours of 9:30pm and 6:30 am. It is always a work in progress, but we are mindful of impact on our environment and strive to be conservation minded. We hope that during your stay and you can be respectful with water conservation, electricity use and waste production as well. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy the beauty Santa Cruz offers.
