What you will love about this home
We are a very careful, tidy and non-smoking family who loves to see new places.
My husband and I love to travel with our children, aged 18 and 13, and they are used to travelling with their parents all over the world.
We have been travelling for over 10 years, renting houses, but this year we decided to try the HomeExchange experience. We have never had any problems with the rentals we have made and we have always treated the accommodations with great care.
Our home is a 110 m2 flat with a 40 m2 terrace overlooking the pool and paddle tennis courts. It is a very bright and pleasant home for holiday stays, in a quiet residential area with parks and various shops (supermarket very close), recommended for staying with the family.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in the residential area called "Lloma Llarga" in the city of Paterna, very close to the city of Valencia (6 km) and connected by tram, bus and bicycle lane.
You will love coming to Valencia because it is a unique city with:
- more than 2000 years of history where there are remains of Roman, Visigoth, Muslim and medieval cultures, with monuments declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
- 300 days of sunshine and good weather that will allow you to do outdoor activities and enjoy its Mediterranean beaches (you can travel from our house to the beach by tram).
- Mediterranean cuisine and its famous "rice paella".
- avant-garde constructions of the 21st century of great interest for their architecture: City of Arts and Sciences by Santiago Calatrava, Palace of Congresses by Norman Foster and the Veles e Vents building by David Chipperfield.
- multiple and varied museums that thematically respond to funds and interests as varied as science, literature, painting, the history of the city, ethnography or world heritage.
- the best urban park in Spain (El Jardín del Turia), a large urban park that, with its 10 km of distance, runs through the city from West to East.

2024 is a year full of recognition for Valencia. The city that holds the European Green Capital has been included in the list of 52 Places to Go, which The New York Times newspaper recommends visiting every year for its great potential as a sustainable and innovative tourist destination.
We will be good hosts to recommend what to visit and where to enjoy our gastronomy!!!
