What you will love about this home
Hello. Our penthouse (duplex atico) over 2 floor has 2 terraces, one with morning sun and the smaller one upstairs with evening sun. Both with seaview in calm surroundings. The building and pedestrian street are very quiet. An elevator will bring you to the 3th floor where you enter the apartment. The floor is yours, the beach at 50m and Sitges is at your feet! We prefer to have reciprocal exchanges only (this does not always have to be simultaneous), no guest-points (we have a lot)and max. 2 persons.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The apartment is in a pedestrian area in down town Sitges, only 50m from the beach “La Fragate”, boulevard, bars, shops, etc. Very alive but also calm and relaxed. Gay friendly and a mondaine place to be and to be seen since 1960. Barcelona and much more very easy to reach by train (10 min walk to station)
