What you will love about this home
Our charming flat is located in the heart of Mataró, in the street par excellence of clothes shops. We have a parking. Here you will find everything within reach, it is a pedestrian street with the difficulty of not being able to access it by car. It is a very spacious flat with 5 rooms and lots of light. You will have to take care of two cats and also the plants that give life to our home. We have built this house with a lot of love and it has all the needs you want. Treat our home with respect and love. The house overlooks the sea and is a second floor with elevator.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We have a parking. Carrer Barcelona is a street full of shops, mostly clothes although you can find any item you need. It is a pedestrian street so it can only be accessed on foot, if you do it by car you run the risk of high fines when entering the historic center. The Mataro train station that takes you to Barcelona is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is also very close, 10 minutes on foot. Supermarkets and bakery very close

Mataró is a city close to Barcelona, you can get there by train in 30 minutes. Without the burdensome pollution and noise of Barcelona, Mataró is in a privileged place to visit Catalonia, you can reach the Pyrenees in 1h30 minutes and visit the cities of Girona in just under an hour. The beach of Mataró is quite good, it has a lot of extension but if you want good beaches, the towns of Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Palamós, Begur are between 30 minutes and 45 depending on which beach you want to go to on the Costa Brava.
