What you will love about this home
Our home is a lovely light-filled townhouse in a quiet yet central pocket of the stunning Sunshine Coast. We have beautiful timber floors on the first level and freshly carpeted bedrooms upstairs, with the front two bedrooms opening up onto a second floor balcony. We overlook a nature reserve with pristine Australian bushland as far as the eye can see. A large main bathroom with huge shower and bathtub are also on the second floor of the home.
You can enjoy our cozy 5 seater couch in front of our flat screen smart tv!
Fast WiFi and office space if you need to work remotely.
Our courtyard is a wonderful entertainment area with barbecue, large outdoor table and festoon lights. We also have a fire pit!
Behind our back fence we have an impressive assortment of fruit trees and vegetables that you can help yourself to!
Our home is totally equipped for the beach with plenty of beach towels, surfboards, beach umbrellas and tents.

We are situated in the most perfect central location on the Sunshine Coast of beautiful Queensland. A short walk to picturesque Mudjimba surf beach, with a great park, really good coffee shops and a fun little bar.
Our back fence directly backs on to bush land so it’s very peaceful and you can enjoy the sounds of nature in the morning and evenings.
We are about 10 minutes walk to local grocery stores, takeout and bottle shop (liquor store) and just 15 minutes drive to a large shopping center (mall).
So many stunning beaches and nature hikes within 20 minutes drive.
Our back fence directly backs on to bush land so it’s very peaceful and you can enjoy the sounds of nature in the morning and evenings.
