Our home is large and private. It is made in the style of "Lockwood" which is very sturdy with wooden interiors. We have no immediate neighbours, a large lawn, swimming pool and spa pool

We are on a kiwifruit orchard, the home has extensive views over the valley below and is well sheltered from winds. We are 40 mins drive to Rotorua and 20-30 mins drive to the beach.
