This fully furnished, brand new home is an ideal retreat for travelers, family and friends, or anyone looking to enjoy coastal living in style. This home offers outdoor dinning, fully appointed kitchen, open concept living, detached garage with safe storage for gear and off street parking.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the pristine La Conchita Beach, allowing you to easily enjoy sunsets, water sports, and an essential private 4 mi beach. The neighborhood is a small (population 400) friendly, coastal town - nearest store is 4 mi to the north. Rincon Point is 4 mi up the 101 (bike or car) and Muscle shoals is 1 mi to the south (bike, walk or car). 4 miles to the north is Carpenteria, a quaint coastal town with shops, grocery, farmers market and excellent dinning (casual to fine). Historic Ventura is 15 min south by car, great antiques, shops, surf town with great food. 14 mi North, you will find world class luxury to the most quaint and casual experiences in Montecito, Summerland and of course, beautiful Santa Barbara. Come and enjoy the California Coast at its best, away from the hustle and bustle and immerse your self in the sunned surf!

The closest grocery is 4 mi and is not a walk because you have to take the freeway
The home is off the 101 and train tracks so you can hear the hum of traffic and an occasional train. This house is VERY quiet inside when doors and windows are closed.
The home is on a septic system and require gentle toilet, laundry and water use. Gentle cleaning products. We provide a bidet to minimize excess TP in toilet. We require that you are very conscientious of water use keeping showers under 10 min
You cannot use the garbage disposal, there is compost available so it's no issue.
There is a $300 cleaning fee for more than 2 guests and stays over 5 days.
Self clean is an option under special circumstances with a $150 deposit.
If the plumbing gets backed up or there is an issue due to excessive use you could be charged. This has NEVER happened because guests have been understanding and respectful.
