What you will love about this home
We have too many points to be able to spend so we are not taking new bookings in 2025. Very sorry to disappoint!
My home is a nature lovers place.
The apartment sits perched on the side of a lush hill, its windows and two balconies offering an uninterrupted panorama of the vast expanse of the ocean stretching out into the horizon. Feel at peace every day, waking up to the sound of birds chirping. Have breakfast watching the birds, butterflies and wild flowers against the blue background of the ocean.
Inside, the condo is furnished with modern furniture, comfortable seating and modern amenities. The two bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds. The ensuite has a bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. The bedrooms share a long balcony accessed separately through double glazing double doors.
The living and dining room has seating for 4 people, a smart TV and dining table. There is also a spare room (inaccessible) that is used for storage and yoga practice. The second bathroom is located by the entrance and has a bathtub with shower. toilet and bidet.
The kitchen has all necessary equipment for cooking, including induction hob and convection oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, cooking utensils.
There is a car parking space in the underground parking.
Outside the block, there is public transportation with regular busses into Funchal.

Canico de Baixo is the second biggest tourist destination on the island of Madeira, located 12 kilometers from Funchal. Access to Canico de Baixo is very easy, via motorway or direct public transport. This small village has many restaurants, hotels, public gyms, small grocery stores, as well as residential houses and apartments.
The condo is located on a hill, 5 minutes walk from the beach with restaurants, sun bathing facilities and a promenade and 10 minutes walk into the center of Canico de Baixo.

Please note the location is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The entrance to the bloc is accessed via steps and there is no lift.
We kindly ask that shoes are not worn in the apartment due to the wooden floors and you may wish to brings slippers with you..

We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy for our home.
• Events and/or parties are not allowed.
• The rules of coexistence of the community must be respected, especially those related to rest hours.
• The number of people staying in the accommodation cannot exceed the number initially agreed in the reservation.
