What you will love about this home
We have built in our garden our 'second home'. On weekdays the building is a high-end music studio with 2 classrooms where we teach singing, piano and guitar. On the first floor are the classrooms, as well as the kitchen, toilet and dining table with a view of the neighbors' horses. On the second floor we have a large studio space with several beds and a cosy bathroom.
The classrooms will be closed off, except if you convince Mariska to give a singing lesson...;)

What you will love about this neighborhood
Located in the Maxima Park in the city of Utrecht, you can find our studio in a suburban area of Utrecht. It's perfectly located to either discover almost everything the Netherlands has to offer within an hour by car, or to come to full relaxation with daily strolls or skating trips in the park, swims in the Haarrijnse Plassen just 3 km away, or bike rides in the beautifully green surroundings. Just don't forget to take the 10 minute journey by train to the center of Utrecht to enjoy great food and the lovely canals.
