What you will love about this home
The house is build in 2022. So everything is brand new, spacious, and elegantly furnished, offering a luxurious living experience. The ground floor features a bright living room and a kitchen with a dining area, both overlooking our beautiful backyard. In the warmer months, the expansive backyard is perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or enjoying various water sports. During winter, there's even a chance to go ice skating if the conditions are right.
For a more relaxed experience, we have a garden room where you can unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the view without worrying about getting wet or cold. The glass doors on 2 sides can go completely open.
Downstairs we have a extra room is ideal for children to play games or watch movies, play the playstion providing them with a dedicated space for fun.

Our home is ideally situated between two charming historic towns—Weesp and Muiden—both of which are definitely worth a visit. The Vecht River is also close by, and renting a boat to explore the river and its beautiful country houses is a popular activity. You can stop at one of the riverside restaurants for lunch, dinner, or drinks along the way.
We have a EV charging option and 2 car parkings on our own terrain.
