What you will love about this home
Our home is a 1914 Craftsman style, two-story home. It has wood floors in the dining room and living room and carpet in all the bedrooms. It is two levels with one bedroom (queen bed), kitchen, living room, laundry room, family room, bathroom with a shower and playroom downstairs; and two bedrooms (one king and one queen), two small offices, a child room (twin bed…slanted eaves make it more suitable for a child), and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs. There is a balcony off the office/library space upstairs and a large backyard with lemon trees, a loquat tree, much foliage, plants and flowers and a kids play structure. There is outdoor seating, an outdoor sofa, a small fire pit and a large propane grill in the backyard area and a nice size porch with a swing and other seating in the front of the house.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We live on the southwest side of South Pasadena, CA, which is about 7 miles north of Downtown LA and just south of the city of Pasadena. South Pasadena is only 3.5 miles in size, but we have our own school district, fire department and police department. Our neighborhood is a lovely area for walking with friendly neighbors and well cared for homes and several parks.
