What you will love about this home
Our unique family home is located on Vico Road, one of the most scenic seaside roads in Ireland, with panoramic views of Killiney Bay, nicknamed as the “Irish Bay of Naples", stretching from Dalkey Island to Bray and the beautiful Wicklow mountains. This is a heaven for wildlife, yet on Dublin's door step.
This original 19th century Coach House has been lovingly restored and extended to include all modern facilities and stunning private marine terraces perched above the sea. The hillside mature gardens are most spacious and well exposed, overlooking the well-known Vico baths and Eire 7 sign.
We offer two double bedrooms sharing the same private bathroom in the top part of the house, with your own sitting/living room in the spacious Loft with panoramic views. This is the perfect place to do yoga, meditate, read or play board games. The mini-kitchen there has a sink, fridge, combination oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. It is perfect to have breakfast, warm up a ready-made meal or enjoy drinks and snacks in your own quarters, on the beautiful granite worktop, overlooking Killiney Bay.

The National Heritage Town of Dalkey - 15 minutes’ walk - has all shops, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, doctors, churches you need, yet has kept a charming intimate village atmosphere. The DART station there is the easiest way to Dublin City Centre - in only 30 minutes.
Dalkey Book Festival takes place mid June every year and the Dalkey Lobster Festival on the last weekend of August.
Nearby Dun Laoghaire is a renowned sailing venue, but also has plenty more to offer. You can also get on a boat trip in season.
