What you will love about this home
My home is spacious, clinically clean and a wonderful fully equipped family home 100m from the beach just behind the dunes. It is in a secure estate with about 40 homes in it and close to all amenities with direct access to the beach to enjoy a beach walk and our most magnificent sunsets.
What you will love about this neighborhood
I live in a seaside village called Yzerfontein with approximately 1500 permanent residential homes , magnificent hiking trails, sunsets and the longest unrestricted beach in South Africa. We are 80km from Cape Town City Centre on the West Coast. It’s a great for surfing, swimming, hiking, biking and socialising .
