What you will love about this home
I have a spacious and bright living room which is really cosy, the kitchen has been renovated a few years ago and is also bright and big. From the kitchen there are doors to the garden that can be completely opened, the garden is facing southwards so as soon as there is a bit of sun (starting april) you can already sit outside, i spend a lot of time in my garden and I personally love it, you also have privacy there so that's amazing. When you go to the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small room that is a 'hallway' to the attic. My 2nd bathroom with bath tub (also renovated a few years ago) is the thing I really love about my house. The house has everything it needs for example a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.
If you would love to stay in my house but there are certain things that you need please send me a message and I will try to do my best to arrange certain things, for example an extra air mattress or a cradle, the costs would be yours but I can make sure that I pick it up for you, so everything is ready for you once you arrive.
PS: Please be aware that I have 2 bedrooms and in one of those bedrooms I have a spare mattress under the bed. So you can easily sleep here with 4 people and if you are okay with the mattress without the slatted base/bed then 6 people is also possible.

What you will love about this neighborhood
I live in the city center of Heerenveen (don't worry you won't have noisy people at night ;) ). Heerenveen has around 50.000 inhabitants, which means there is plenty to do there. Shops, restaurants, bars/pubs are at walking distance (a few minutes). The bus/train station is a 8 minute walk from my house so if you want you can visit other nice villages or cities nearby (I personally love Groningen as well! It's a big city and I find it the most beautiful city in the Netherlands). 10 minutes by car there is also de Heide (beautiful nature) and there are many other nice things to do around. Friesland is well known for the lakes, if you want you can rent a boat in one of the villages Giethoorn, Terherne, Akkrum, Sneek or another nice place. By bus or train you can go to many locations nearby or it might be a possibility to rent a car or a bike. Usually I have 1 bike available which you could also use. A (quite big) supermarket at walking distance (Albert Heijn), the Jumbo and Aldi are also at walking distance.
Heerenveen is well known for it's soccer team and Ice Skating (Thialf).

9 & 10 may Heaven Open Air (I always loved this, it's a 20 minute walk from my house, tickets are € 42,- but it's worth it!) (5 stages with different kinds of music probably on 9 may (ticket price € 42,-) and 10 may is Back to the '90's and '00's (ticket price € 30,-)
28 & 29 june - Night of the Koemarkt (walking distance, free entrance, outside sort of festival)
5 & 6 july - Beachrockers (One of my favorite festivals, love the atmosphere! 12 minutes by bus (the bus will bring you from Heerenveen Bus Station to the Festival everything is arranged very good, make sure you book your Bus ticket in time and you need to book it seperately from the entrance ticket) (4 stages with different kinds of music!)
5 july Back to the '90's and '00's ticket price € 34,-
6 july Beack Rockers Festival 'normal' ticket price € 46,-
Heerenveen is well known for it's soccer team and Ice Skating (Thialf).
