What you will love about this home

Our home is a 3-story terraced neo-Georgian house with partial sea views. The house is spacious with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The house has all the amenities you require to relax and enjoy your holiday.

All on the top floor, one double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with the second double bedroom being one large room ( beside the main bathroom)and the third bedroom being a box room. We have a kitchen overlooking a small garden and shed, with a large outdoor table and BBQ facilities.

We have a large living area with TV on the first floor and a separate dining room bedside the kitchen on the ground floor. We have all the standard amenities : fridge, oven with hob, microwave, clothes washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our home is situated on the coast in North Dublin half way between the lovely village of Malahide and the golden ('Velvet') strand of Portmarnock beach. It is a 15-20 minutes taxi to/from Dublin airport.

The beauty of our house is the coastline is just 200m away. We are also a 2km walk from Malahide village, which has a wide variety of restaurants and pubs, with an ambient outdoor area. The village is beside Malahide Castle and grounds, which offer a deep connection with Irish history and culture.

The (DART) train to the city is located in Malahide village and it's a 30-40 min train trip to the city centre, or you can take a bus outside our house. The house has all the amenities you require to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Dublin City has an abundant variety of things to enjoy in all weather. Howth fishing village is 10km's away and offers a fabulous experience of sea food and coastal cliff walks. The location has access to all aspects of Dublin city to enjoy.
