What you will love about this home
My home is a small quaint place right in the heart of Sugarhouse and less than a 10-minute drive to SLC International Airport. You are two minutes from a tram station and able to go anywhere in the city you would like for free. A short drive to the mountains and ski resorts, as well as a very clean, cozy, interior. All amenities needed and more. There is normally a cat here but will be visiting a friend when we are away. The house and cat are professionally cleaned often as one of us has allergies.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The cozy Sugarhouse area offers quiet and a safe slow space in between all the chaos of downtown. You are less than 10 minutes from the mountains and SLC International Airport. Walking you will find delicious tea and coffee shops, bookstores, local and national brand shops, and cute bars. A short walk or train ride will take you downtown for any nightlife or culture you could want. There is a bike available if wanted.
