What you will love about this home

Our home is spacious and well ventilated (we only use fans and it’s always fresher inside than outside), we spend a lot of time at home because of our work so made it to our image. There is a dedicated room for the kids to play or the family to watch a movie.
Our bedroom is ensuite and all the rooms are closed to each other. Our terrasse is the perfect location at sunset with many corners to chill out. Lots of toys and games are available as we have 2 kids (age 6 and 8).
There are also 2 cubby houses and swings. Everyone coming in says it’s a kid paradise here (I reckon it’s also an adult one)
The house is down a small alley so we don’t hear the traffic jam and it is quiet, it feels like a little oasis in the middle of town!

What you will love about this neighborhood

We are very closed to the central city (5-10 mins walking) and same distance to the main supermarket. Buses pass regularly and there are also a couple of restaurants you can walk to. Not to mention all the nakamals around the corner (places where people socialise and gather to drink "kava" a local beverage). It’s a nice neighbourhood to walk by.
If you wanna go to the beach, the closest one is 20 mins away (there is also a small island resort which wharf is 5 mins away where you’d catch a 5mins boat ride to it). Plenty of other beaches are 30/45 mins away.

Additional information

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats you would have to feed and be careful they always have water and cuddles. One dog is an old 10 year-old cross rottweiler, and one is a 6month old mixed GPS/cattle dog/mastiff so she is quite energetic
