What you will love about this home
Located in a quiet residential area just short stroll (less than 10 minutes) from the Beach where there is a huge park, playground, skatepark and cafe.
I live opposite a school on a cul de sac which is super quiet during school holidays when you will be staying.
There is a smaller playground just a 5 minute walk from the house.
The kitchen is brand-new, having been installed in 2023. The bathroom again is brand-new having been built at the same time. There are two separate toilets to the bathroom. One toilet is upstairs attached to the bedroom and one toilet is downstairs next to the bathroom.
There is a hot tub outside and a swing chair and fire pit. Festoon lighting for romantic evenings. You can see both these sunset and sunrise from the garden as it is south facing - so you get the Sun all day long!!
The conservatory has been transformed into a bar area, so you can get refreshments without going into the main house. Perfect if you are in the hot tub!
Although there are only two bedrooms in this house, the downstairs bedroom has single bunkbeds, and the upstairs bedroom has a double bed with a single above it as well as a separate single.
Ample fresh bedding, towels etc will be provided.
I currently have my dog and cat and hamster. My dog is incredibly friendly, loves cuddles and is very soft with children. My youngest is a one-year-old, and he absolutely adores her. If there is any issue with this, I can look at kennels if need be.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Lancing benefits from a train station with very frequent trains. It’s also has at least two pharmacies, two bakeries a post office and several other shops and takeaways.
Although it is only a 15 minute drive away from Brighton, it is very very quiet. There is a bus number 700 that runs along the coastline and will collect you and take you into Brighton or Worthing.
The bus drivers are very friendly.
Brighton is known internationally as a hippie Seaside city, famous for it’s quirky shopping lanes.
