What you will love about this neighborhood

It's centrally located and has excellent community. Its distance relative to Summerville and Charleston proper is short which makes it an ideal location. All shopping, services, and more, within a few blocks from home, then you have North Charleston 10 Minutes away.

Goose Creek is an up and coming Charleston suburb. The small town feel where the community is constantly working together and having activities for people of all ages. Farmer's markets, kids and holiday events, new dog parks. SAFE quiet neighborhood, where you can stroll, walk your dog (we are DOG FRIENDLY) and well established tree lined streets.

Dog friendly! Fully Fenced yard. Screened in porch, really nice during summer and fall. All new everything inside home, it was completely gutted, redone, August 2023. Plenty of off street parking, high speed internet, we have received all 5 STAR reviews from those 2 common rental sites. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable (no bed in box nonsense ha ha) Goose Creek allows you numerous alternate driving routes within the Charleston area, avoiding holiday and rush hour traffic chaos. Nice alternate easy route to Mt. Pleasant, which also leads you to Sullivan's Island, Isle of the Palms, and Ft. Sumter. Also easy access and drive to Francis Marion National Forest, Lake Moultrie-Moncks Corner.

Cleaning fee is $165.00 and we do ask for $25.00 per approved dog up to 2 dogs unless otherwise agreed.

Folly Beach is a 35 minute drive, you can miss I-26 congestion by taking 171 and/or scoot around the airport via 642 to 526 during busy rush hour traffic.
