What you will love about this home

Our modern home is located in a very good location in East Toowoomba. It is an open plan home, very cool in summer and warm with gas heating in the winter. It is a three bedroom home (two double beds, one single bed) with two living areas, two alfresco areas including a BBQ and a carport. The beds are comfortable, carpeted rooms and fans and air conditioning are throughout the home. There is one main bathroom with a separate shower and also a bath. There are also two separate toilets and one powder room. The secluded garden is easy to maintain and very private. We have on sight parking.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our home is within walking distance to two local shopping centres including grocery shops, butcher, bakeries, hairdressers, cafes. restaurants and pubs. A private hospital is in close vicinity as well as doctors' and dentist surgeries. A bus stop is also close by. Toowoomba is Australia's largest regional city and is well known as an educational city consisting of many fine schools and the University of Southern Queensland. Beautiful Queens' Park is also within walking distance which is a popular venue for music events and the annual Carnival of Flowers which attracts tens of thousands of visitors from all over the world. The iconic Empire Theatre, considered to have the best acoustics in the Southern Hemisphere, is also close by which hosts many local, national and international acts. There are major shopping centres, two golf clubs within a five minute drive, horse racing, tennis club, an Olympic swimming pool, dams which provide fishing and boating and a number of national parks within driving distance.

Toowoomba, also known as the Garden City, has its own domestic airport, Western Brisbane Airport at Wellcamp, while the Brisbane international and domestic airports are one and a half hours drive away. The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, which have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, are around two hours drive. Toowoomba is on the Darling Downs at the top of the Great Dividing Range and is gateway to national parks, picturesque dams and agricultural western Queensland. Wine regions are within driving distance and can be easily accessible for a day trip or overnight stay. Its climate is moderate and has four distinct seasons free from humidity in summer and enjoys a cooler climate in winter.
